LUMBERJACK®LJ200 can easily be connected to ¾”,1” or 1-¼” hose connections and all cutters are supplied set up according to pump and hose data received from user. The LJ200 operates effectively already at 53 US GPM and can handle pump pressures up to 3500 PSI. LJ200 operate in pipe sizes from 6” up to 12”. The LJ200 kit is supplied according to your needs and specifications. The overall length of the LJ200 including the sharpened front knife and thruster is 17”, which allows for ease of placing the LJ200 inside the invert of the mainlines.
The LUMBERJACK®LJ200 skids are fixed style and are of a sturdy construction made of hardox steel and the design and size of each individual sled is made for optimal cutting performance in pipe. Remember to proof the cutter set up for the pipe size to be cut. Stand the cutter on one runner with the correct cutting links inserted in the slots of the chain plate. The chain should not exceed sled size with more than 1/4” -5/16” for concrete pipes. If pipe is made of plastic, PVC, clay, or other brittle materials, or if pipe is in bad condition, use just the front knife or if necessary, use worn cutting links with a length never exceeding the size of the sled!
